Integration support can be described as technical
guidance and support given to the customer
on troubleshooting the installation and integration
of Mediswift modules to the point where
a successful transcribing process is achieved.
The Technical Support team will help the Customer
integration of the Mediswift server
with Mediswift client and database
to achieve smooth workflow and full features
that are listed within the download section
of Mediswift Overview. This does not
include troubleshooting operating systems,
servers, or third party applications.
