the proper installation of Mediswift
and ensuring our product, MediSwift meets
the needs of transcribers, managers and the
healthcare environment in which they serve.
Online support is available free for 3 months.
After this period, customers can opt for various
standard maintenance packages available.
Our mode of support are as follows.
Online Support
Customer/Technical Support through email,
24 hours per day, 7 days per week (except
Indian holidays). Web-based access to a knowledge
base of common questions and responses are
also provided.
Enhanced Technical Support
Integration
Support SMCS agrees to provide in total,
2 hours of integration support through net
meeting or any popular chat applications.Mediswift
customers are provided free 2 hours of integration
support through net meeting or any popular
chat applications for 30 days from the date
of installation. This mode of support will
be provided for a maximum of 10 occasions
within the stipulated time period. SMCS will
initiate efforts to activate integration support
immediately after the request is received.
